Material made up of a lead sheet sandwiched between two chemically cross-linked polyethylene layers with a density of 30 kg/m3, in thicknesses of 0.35 mm (4 kg/m2) or 0.50 mm (6 kg/m2). This underlay provides excellent acoustic insulation from both footfall and impact noise and guarantees a high soundproofing performance in a small thickness. It is ideal for the insulation of screeds, false walls and above all, civil and industrial plant-engineering installations.
Acoustic insulation designed specifically to cover drainpipes inserted in masonry or cavities, consisting of chemically cross-linked polyethylene with a density of 30 kg/m3 and thickness of 8 mm. It has a special channel shape, and is bonded to an elastomeric layer weighing 2 kg/m2. The channel shape of the polyethylene keeps the bituminous covering detached from the pipe, thus delivering good sound insulation performance. This insulation is supplied in a height of 1.2 metres and already cut to the required size according to the diameter of the pipe to be insulated (diameters of 75, 90, 110, 125 and
160 mm), which considerably reduces the application times and waste. The product also comes with an adhesive tape that makes closing easier and faster.
